Nanritam EFA conducts refresher training to middle school Maths and Science teachers in Leh Ladakh
- About 208 Government Teachers participated in EFA’s refresher Middle School Math and Science curriculum training, conducted in collaboration with District Institute of Education and Training (DIET).
- The Training session covered a range of topics including use of digital tools FILIBOT which is our Nanritam EFA produced experiential learning tool with videos, PDFs, and hands-on activities per CBSE curriculum.

Nanritam EFA expands to Arunachal Pradesh, EFA workshops at Diyun
- Approximately 70 Government Primary School Teachers were trained in the EFA’s core Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) program.
- The 4-day Training session was requested and organized by IFET (India Foundation for Education Transformation), Arunachal Pradesh.
- 110 sets of two FLN books were also provided to the teachers.

Nanritam EFA’s FiliBOT gets rolled out to EFA teachers
- Several EFA teachers attend the workshop to register and get introduction to the FiliBOT, our propreitary digital platform for disseminating content, and for children’s rapid assessment and evaluation.
- Roll out to all EFA teachers across all centers was completed in waves through few weeks. Teachers continued the study on their own, and completed certification.

Nanritam EFA Foundational Literacy & Numeracy (FLN) Workshop at Nanritam Campus
- 41 Teachers from various districts in West Bengal attended this 2-day EFA workshop at Nanritam Campus at Para, Purulia.
- The workshop included the innovative FLN Pedagogy and Teaching and Learning Materials (TLM’s) to empower the teachers with these more effective educating techniques
- This will be followed by the online sessions and continuing children’s assessments.

Nanritam EFA Foundational Literacy & Numeracy (FLN) and Science & Maths Teachers Training Workshop, Leh, Ladakh
- In partnership with District Institute of Education and Training (DIET) Leh, Nanritam EFA conducted TWO parallel three-day workshops at the DIET center in Leh, Ladakh.
- FLN workshop trained teachers with several fun engaging activities to keep children enthused to learn, while Science/Maths sessions focussed on visual interactive methods and in-class experiments to make concepts easier to understand and retain.
- More than 200 teachers, along with some DIET members, actively participated in the sessions.

Alipirduar: EFA Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) Course Completion Event
- An event marking the completion of the EFA FLN course was held in Alipurduar for participating teachers of the district. Course completion Certificates were handed out.
- This course, started in Alipurduar in Oct 2022, empowered 130 Teachers/Educators, positively impacting about 4000 children from around 75 learning centers of the area.
- Follow up online sessions and childrens’ assessment will continue.

Strengthening Foundational Science Education - Alipurduar Nov 2022, 26th-28th
- Eminent External Science Educators train Science Teachers of EFA Schools
- Training teachers on hands-on methods of teaching the Science basics
- Various Science experiments demonstrated to school teachers, which can help them convert their classroms itself into labs!

Training North Bengal Civic Volunteers in EFA pedagogy – Alipurduar Oct 19th-21st
- 162 teachers trained in strategic modules of early literacy, numeracy, classroom management
- 4 districts participated – Alipurduar, Kalimpong, Darjeeling and Coochbehar
- An enriching partnership with North Bengal Police formed
- Trained teachers will teach at the Koshish Schools, for the little children from the tea gardens, for whom access to quality education has been difficult.
